Double Experience Weekend

Double exp will be out on March 4th-7th. Everything will be doubled. Experience, influence and prestige. Make sure you please play in SG mode and don't worry I will be talking to all of my officers to make sure we have a lot of TF's and activities going on that weekend.

Issue 17 "Dark Mirror"

So here are some of the features announced

New badges, there will be new badges marking for 500, 750 and 1000 badges earned. New exploration badges will be placed in almost every zone which will just about double what we currently have for exploration

Animated character tails will now be in effect. No longer will you see tails just sitting on your toons butt hanging lifeless. They will now swish and swing and move with your body.

There will be new missions in the levels 20-30 range.

Positron TF will be completely redone. Being split into 2 TF's and I have no idea if there will be a new badge to go with it.

Pre Order Going Rogue!

March 2 2010 you will be able to pre order the game "Going Rogue" for City of Heroes. Going Rogue can be purchased for 29.99 or you can get the special addition of Going Rogue complete collection for 39.99 which will include costumes and emotes that will only be avalible at the 39.99 price.

*Update!* You will NOT be allowed to pre order the complete collection of Going Rogue. The complete collection will be sold on the release date of Going Rogue. It will come with 1 month of game time, Emotes, Costume pieces and CoH and CoV access. For those who have accounts and want to preorder Going Rogue can later purchase the complete collection for their accounts. A price has not been set yet but it will NOT include a free month of game time. Here is a link to the announcement on the offical CoH forums.

ISSUE 17 AS BEEN ANNOUNCED!!

Thats right! Hold on to your hats! Issue 17 " Dark Mirror" has been announced. Not only will there be new graphics avalible, "Ultra Mode", there will also be new badges, changes and improvements to Mission Architect but so much more. Epic Archtypes will now be avalible at level 20 and new missions and emotes will also be released.

I personally am still waiting for SOMETHING to happen with bases but issue 17 does look exciting. To read up on the offical website and to see screenshots of some of the new graphics click here and see it all for yourself

Valentines Day Event

Valentines Day is here and once again DJ Zero, Ganymede and Scatch are in search of Villains and Heroes to help with the festivities! Unlock new costume pieces, earn badges and join forces together as hero and villain to defeat the ever persistent Snap Tooth!

What is the Pack?

The Pack is a non-role playing Super Group with City of Heroes on the Virtue Server.

Our Goal: To create an Super Group where people not only come together to have fun, but to make friends that last a life time. We want people to come into our SG feeling like they are a part of something great and to help build this Super Group to be one of the best on the Virtue Server.

Right now the Pack consists of two Super groups known as "The Pack" and the "Rogue Wolves".

The Rogue Wolves is part of the "pack family" but fulfills the needs of our role playing memebers. We are very excited to have the Rogue Wolves again back in action and we can't wait to have them back in the top 10 again as well.

Both bases in the Pack and Rogue Wolve are fully loaded and ready to go. Each have medical and teleportion bays. We also provide Team speak for our members and forums. Each SG has seperate rules so please be sure you check out the rules for the pack and the Rogue Wolves

*side note* All members of the Pack SG who has earned a combined total of at least 300k prestige will earn their own room in base housing to decorate and call their own. Please see SG rules in the Pack for more details*

What is Team speak?

Team speak is a program that we use to communicate while playing the game. Hosted by game servers, It is a great way to actually talk to each other rather than trying to type out instructions.it is also a fantastic way to get to know your SG members. While it is not manditory to use team speak in the Pack it is used by many of our members and its always great to talk to new people.

Our team speak server has been paid for by our SG leader and captians for the past 5 years so that it can be avalible 24/7 for our super group. If you would like to donate some money for this program feel free to do so using this link here To download team speak for free go to www.teamspeak.com and install the TS3 client and join us for laughs and fun.

We just recently upgraded to Team Speak 3 and I must say it is a huge improvement from TS2. Rebuild from the ground up TS3 is compatible with Mac computers and OS's like Vista, Windows 7 and Linex. Our TS server is hosted by game servers but they don't do just team speak. They also host servers for a ton of games and host ventrillo as well for very affordible prices.

Why should I get Team Speak?
